During the back-injection of high gloss decoration film, trapped particles will impair surface quality and result in higher reject rates. With the aid of the Sword Brush®, in-mould decoration film can be cleaned effectively prior to back-injection. The compact cleaning unit can be flexibly integrated into the production process.
