The Evomat® and Cevomat® cleaning systems can easily be integrated into existing production lines thanks to a narrow footprint. An integrated self-cleaning mechanism with heating elements provides for a reliable and low-maintenance performance in continuous process operations.
The Evomat® blank cleaner cleans aluminium blanks with dry lubricant or oiled steel blanks on both sides, even in alternating operation. Adhering particles are effectively removed before entering the press.
The Cevomat® cleans endless materials such as metal strip and coils before rollers, before the leveller or before applying a protective cover layer. Even wavy, sharp-edged metal strip can be effectively cleaned at fast transport speeds.
The PCL-Cleaner cleans stamped grid plates, printed circuits boards, small circuit boards or type plates from above and from below. At the infeed and outfeed of the cleaning machine, driven conveyor and pressure rollers ensure safe transport of the parts to be cleaned, while maintaining their exact position.
