The Tornado Channel removes interleaving powder from glass surfaces without contact, reducing the load on downstream washing machines or, in some applications, replacing them altogether. Before printing or coating, the Sword Brush® reliably removes particles that could otherwise cause visible defects. Before video inspection, effective cleaning helps prevent false positives caused by surface particles. Before stacking, residues are removed from the underside of the glass to protect sensitive surfaces and ensure consistently high product quality.

Interleaving powder can be removed effectively from glass surfaces using air technology. This will considerably reduce the accumulation of microplastics in the wash.
