Fox® Panel Cleaner

  • Digital brushes

The filaments detach the particles from the surface. Zones with filament gaps ensure that air flows through the digital brushes and that the detached particles are directed towards the central suction device.

  • Central suction device

The extraction channel, compactly positioned between the two digital brushes, provides for constant air flow and permanently removes large amounts of particles from the surface and the production environment.

  • Adjustment frame

Height adjustment is manual or optionally electric or pneumatic. This allows the cleaning unit to be moved up or down—e.g., to adjust to the plate thickness, during a production stoppage, or for maintenance purposes.

    Boundary Layer Activation Method (BLAM)

The combination of digital brushes that are permeable to air flows and a compact central suction device ensures maximum cleaning performances even at high conveyor speeds. The Boundary Layer Activation Method (BLAM in short terms) is unique and patent pending. Special brushes penetrate the laminar boundary flow that exists directly at the surface and detach the particles that adhere to the surface. The detached particles are directed to the central suction device with a precise air flow and removed reliably from the production environment.

    Dry fine cleaning

No cleaning agent is required when cleaning with the Fox® Panel Cleaner. The thin microfilaments dip into fine surface structures. Since they have a significantly larger contact area compared to standard filaments, microfilaments remove particles and dust very efficiently even when dry.
