Cleaning endless materials from both sides before rolling or levelling prevents particles from being pressed into the material surface. The Cevomat® cleaner effectively cleans at high transport speeds even sharp-edges or wavy metal strips made of steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metal. An optional thermal self-cleaning unit allows the cleaning of aluminium coils with dry lubes.
A brush cleaning process cleans both sides of the strip before levelling to prevent dents.
Deviation rollers are subjected to a brush cleaning procedure to prevent adhesive particles from being dragged along the line.
Cleaning with air technology removes fine sanding dust and provides for surfaces of exceptional quality.
