Our notification office under the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)

The management at Wandres GmbH is committed to acting as a reliable business partner and always complying with all laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. To ensure that any criminal, illegal, or unfair activities in a professional context can be quickly detected and prevented, we fulfill, among other things, our legal obligations under the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).

Together with the Wirtschaftsverband Industrieller Unternehmen Baden e.V. (wvib), we operate a joint internal reporting office in accordance with Section 14 (2), Sentence 1 of the HinSchG, through whose reporting channels information regarding potential legal violations related to our business activities can be submitted. The use of these reporting channels is open not only to our employees but also to our business partners (see Section 16 (1), sentence 3, HinSchG). By making these reporting channels available to external third parties who have professional contact with Wandres GmbH, we are counting on your support to effectively counteract and remedy any potential misconduct.
